Exp : 0-3 yrs
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Look after & manage the patients under the guidance of the consultant.
To assist the consultant in all procedures/operations related to the department In the absence of the Consultant to faithfully look after the patients along the indicated line of treatment
To be an in-house consultant for all emergency situations encountered in the hospital.
Actively participate in presentations of CMEs and Journal clubs.
Assist the consultants in all emergency cases.
Participate actively in the teaching program/skill augmentation of nursing staff and technicians. And DNB /Junior residents.
Supervise all nursing/ para medical & non medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.
Assists the Consultant for:
Special material management requirement
Ensure quality of performance of the department
Complaint redressal of patients

Education:UG -MBBS - Medicine
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, M.S/M.D - Any Specialization, Pediatrics
Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
