Job Description

1.  Responsible to execute upstream manufacturing operations in a cGMP scenario (CMO model)
2. Handling Up-stream manufacturing operations for both microbial and mammalian processes.
3. Expertise in scale-up and tech-transfer process.  Expertise in Bioreactor /Fermenter operations (CIP and SIP) and trouble shooting.
4. Practical exposure in doing a qualifications and validations (Equipment and as well as process) in  cGMP scenario.Strong Experience in dealing of process deviations, change controls, investigations and CAPA  reports.
5. Excellent knowledge cGMP, ICH and 21 CFR regulations.
6. Preparation and review of SOPs and BMRs
7. Well co-ordination with manufacturing support functions (including QA and QC)
