Job Description
1. Build EHS culture
2. Implement global EHS standards and EHS interim actions
3. Conduct Risk and Emergency Management
4. Conduct Performance Monitoring and Reporting
5. Conduct EHS Incident Investigation and Reporting
6. Ensure smooth operation of ETP and other environmental protection systems/processes
7. Team Management
8. Guide the plant personnel to implement the Corporate Environment & Sustainability standards, procedures (Water management, waste water management, Hazardous waste management, Non hazardous waste management, Air pollution control)
9. Identify EHS risks during New product development/introduction/new plant construction
10.Maintain Process safety Database and Best Practices
11. Ensure Risk Assessment and Environment Aspect Impact is conducted for all the processes
12.Create EHS Awareness
13. Training / capability development system
14. Ensure EHS regulatory compliance
15. Maintain Industrial EHS Database and Best Practices
16. Make a monitoring system to ensure that standards are in place and in use 24 hrs 365 days
17. Develop, implement and track site EHS budget
