Work As a Quality Control Manager @ PepsiCo | Experience in food or beverage industry preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver quality on all parameters (perceived and internal) and to ensure that trade sampling score is as per the target
- Provide support to MU / BU, for implementation, stabilization and sustenance of Quality Best Practice Tools.
- Provide ongoing problem solving and SME support to the Manufacturing team to help Plant / MU / BU sustain and continuously improve Quality results.
- Track Quality Scores basis the specified Physiological, Analytical, Microbiological & Sensory parameters.
- Provide SME support for and facilitate the development of local problem identification and process improvement.
- Ensure that Customer Perceived Quality product is manufactured and dispatched for the customer / consumer.
- Support the vendor qualification requirements for BU based materials procurement and verify raw material quality from vendor.
- Be the BU custodian for the Pepsi trademark and ensure compliance to PCC Quality policies.
- Plan and execute Market sampling campaign to ensure ready availability of product within quality specifications.
- Champion Quality consciousness and drive agenda through the team of QC Executives.
