Job Description | Job Description Job Requirements would include - Handling the Technical Trainings (esp. Coding), managing the content, defining Process SOPs, creating and updating training manuals, facilitation and tracking the feedback. - The person would help ensure providing a proficient learning environment to the new joinees. - Establish and maintain training framework for the coding processes and setting up training governance for training process and maintain rigor on this. - Establish and maintain goal setting, coaching and feedback process and performance appraisal process. - Build Coding Academy programs for industry certification for operations coders - Deliver Academy Training - Knowledge Transfer for special projects e. g. ICD-10 deployment etc. - Act as a consultant on Coding competency - Onshore stakeholder management and working closely with them to deploy - Upskill SMEs/ Trainers for coding processes and lead them for ongoing success. - Relationship Management with Operations Managers and Team Leaders. - Responsible for measuring and tracking pre and post training performance - Ability to facilitate diverse groups of people - Provide feedback - Schedule and coordinate new hire and incumbent training - Administer training batches - new hire and incumbent training - Administer allocation of training rooms to the business - Quality Focus |
