Job Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, reporting, reviewing procedures and activities performed/implemented by Independent quality team in LS BPS and ensuring compliance to the applicable SOPs and Guidelines
Understand and document quality process for specified LS BPS projects and implement Quality Control Plan with support from operations
Working in conjunction with operations to drive quality improvement initiatives
Work on organizational initiatives RFP, RFI, etc
Actively interact with senior leadership and Clients
Team Management Responsibilities (If Applicable)

Performance Management
