OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :
Responsible for managing the delivery of services provided by the Aggregate Reporting team.

Responsibilities/ Authorities
Manage the Aggregate Safety Reporting Physicians and Scientists.
Ensures that team functions are aligned to meet service level timelines and deliverables.
Ensure availability of resources within the team
Develop strategies and plans to utilize resources effectively and efficiently.
Define or interpret day- to- day business objectives.
Ensure US drug safety reporting regulations, ICH guidelines, and client SOPs are applied by the team members to draft aggregate reports.
Evaluate team members work for performance improvement.
Adjust to changing regulatory environment.
Serve as a point of contact between the Accenture and the client.
Identify, support, and implement continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
MD or equivalent (board certification and medical specialty preferred)
2- 4 years experience in clinical practice or relevant setting
1- 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry (clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or medical affairs) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze, understand and interpret complex scientific data from a broad range of scientific disciplines.
