Manager – Technical Service, Brewing – Bangalore, India
For our Brewing business we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Manager to lead a team of talented Technical Service professionals partnering with our customers to deliver unique biological solutions to elevate the brewing industry across South East Asia, India, Australia & New Zealand. Together with your team, you will ensure Novozymes delivers an exceptional level of technical support and create value by working closely with the processes and operations of our customers. In collaboration with our Application Research, Sales and Marketing units, you will also be responsible for launching and supporting innovative products and services to drive growth in the SEAIA-region. To effectively manage the team and support your customers, you should expect approximately 30% travel.
In this position you need:
• A very solid technical understanding based on a university degree (MSc or PhD) in food technology, biochemistry, chemistry or natural sciences. Experience within enzyme applications is a clear asset, but not absolutely essential. As many of your internal as well as external stakeholders will be experts in Brewing, being yourself a Brewmaster will certainly add a lot to your credibility.
