Job Description

• Review of change request form and verify the implementation of approved 
  changes
• Review of deviations and conduct investigations to identify the root cause 
  and propose CAPA as required
• Ensure the implementation of all CAPAs
• Preparation of trends of change control, deviations, CAPAs
• Conduct scheduled and surprise internal audits and ensure compliance to the observations
• Conduct lab rounds and ensure compliance to the observations 
• Conduct training to employees as and when required
• Preparation, review and periodic updation of SOPs
• Storage of all master SOPs, IOPs/EOPs and distribution and retrieval of all controlled copies from each department
• Review of FD Equipment Operating Procedure and Instrument Operating Procedure
• Conduct induction training of new joiners of IPD
• Review of equipment and instrument qualification documents
• To perform document related activities through Cipdox software(document management system)based on the roles and rights provided in the application
