Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Train newly joined hires on Pharmacovigilance related work and also help in creating training documents.
Responsibilities/ Authorities :
oConduct more complex job-training programs.
oDevelop and Conduct training programs for new and experienced resources in conjunction with training team and build an evaluation system to assess the trainees.
oProvide feedback to trainees and the supervisors to ensure ongoing development of the trainee.
oRequired to learn Adverse event processing (AEP) & systems, to be an effective information source to new hires.
oIdentify additional training needs and assist in planning to address them.
oAssure proper training documentation is maintained.
oAssess effectiveness of training program and suggest change.
oMaintain competency in areas being trained.
oTeach, qualify, and mentor staff in the Trainer I role.
oProvide assistance to Management team in improving the quality.
oProvide regular updates on new tools and processes.
oResponsible for generating reports regarding the trainees.
oAssist HR in recruitment and selection process for new hires.Company Profile
