Job Description
Evaluate the third party/ Jobwork facility for the manufacture of intended product alongwith cost calculations.
Familiar with Material balance, yield & recovery calculations
Improvement planning & execution for batch time cycle, quality, yield/ recovery and cost optimisation
R eview of documents and procedures related to QA.
Co-ordination with stores, planning for receipt and dispatch of material as well as interaction with Jobworker. Cross functional interaction is desired.
Reconciliation of all product, RMs, packing materials etc.
Familiar with SAP
Check and ensure of safety aspects, GMP compliance in Jobwork activities.
Knowledge of applicable rules & regulations for 100% EOU related Jobwork
