To ensure meeting given sales target month after month.
Effectively executing the plan agreed with scientific sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
Conducting CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
Focusing on updating one’s knowledge and skills.
Achievement of Sales as well as Activity Targets
Should be smart and presentable.
Should be able to communicate in English fluently.
Should be sincere, honest and hard working.
