A. Operational Responsibilities
1. Develop scientific medical content for all projects, meeting international quality standards
2. Prepare Literature Review, Abstracts, Posters, Slide Sets and Manuscripts (complex), working from various data sources including clinical study reports, Pharmacovigilance, patient profiles, protocols etc.
3. Deliver medical content that is rated high on depth, comprehensiveness, quality and timelines
4. Develop innovative medical content products by leveraging on the depth of scientific content.
B. Process Management
1. Control/reduce the cost of content development, cycle time and error rates in projects
C. Client Management
1. Interface with clients on a regular basis to meet their expectations

4. Flair for medical services/medico-marketing/health care/Creative/Technology domain
