Position : Manager (Medical Coding) ED and Multispeciality
Place : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:
Operations
> Review of allotment and work load balancing.
> Overall production planning and monitoring.
> Day to day management of client deliverables and escalation.
> Day to day people management.
> Performance and feedback Management.
> Team and operation Representation for client management call.
> Verifying the core system to control the workflow including data management.
> work-plan management
> Invoice, P/L Review (monthly basis).
> Operational Crisis, BCP, Backlog planning and management
Training
> Training plan decision and recruitment.
> Training and permanence matrix management for New staffs.
> Internal Team training management and GAP fill on weekly basis for internal training requirement.
> Practical Case study discussion, improving, performance and gap analysis and management.
> Internal and Client related Training Knowledge management.
Quality
> Day to day QC management.
> Acuity Level Analysis.
> QA report analysis and Management.
> Focus and compliance audit for sample charts.
> Special client related/requested audit and reporting.
