Designation: Assistant Recruitment Specialist / Sr. Recruitment Specialist.
Job Location: Old Airport Road, Murugeshpalya, Bangalore, India
Experience: 0-4 Years
Qualification Required: Any Graduate with Minimum 60% Aggregate (10th, 12th, Graduation ).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sourcing based on the requirements given.
Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements.
Talking to the candidates and understand their interest in the position
Scheduling Interviews with the prospects
Follow up with the candidates till joining
Expected Qualities:
Honest at work
Self-Motivated and Initiative driven
Must have fast speed of work with accuracy
Ability to resolve complex issues and queries
Compensation: As per industry standards for deserving Candidates.
Work timings: 9/10am - 6/7pm (9 hrs/day) - Monday-Friday + Saturday (1/2 day )
