    For the KPO process-Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers (Group of US doctors), need to analyze the data present in the online softwareb of a US medical Billing Company (Our Client) & then contact the various US medical insurance cos. via phone to know the status of  outstanding claims. The prospective caller is supposed to gather the necessary details of non-responded, underpaid & denied medical claims or they may need to verify eligibility of patients.
    Subsequently they are to take the necessary action in the software they are working on.
     Competencies Required:
          Good Listening Skills
         Good Verbal & Written English
         Data interpretation & Analytical abilities
         Interpersonal skills
         Quality ( accuracy and timeliness) on execution
         MS Office & internet usage awareness
