Job Description
Experience in Clinical Data Management (Query/Discrepancy Management, Vendor/External Data Reconciliation, Manual listing Review, and Serious Adverse Event Review).
Patient data review for inconsistent data.
Send queries to clarify/verify patient data and close appropriately.
Raise manual queries for discrepant data from the listings or reports.
Perform SAE reconciliation and send out issues or query to Site and vendor.
Perform Lab reconciliation
Candidate with experience in InForm platform preferred.
Good communication skills.
Trained and well verses in using excel spreadsheet to reconcile clinical data.
