Service line Global Digital Learning ServicesJob level Analyst - Career Level 3Specific skill set required Quality Assurance experience, copy editing, content writing, eLearning functionality and GUI testingGraduation Any Discipline 00Professional qualification Any Masters DegreeWork experience 4-6 years of related experience in eLearning or a journalistic capacityThe key job responsibilities include the following: Support quality assurance needs across all Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu Limited - Member Firms related learning materials Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clients and check learning modules Comprehend project scope and align quality checks with the given project scope Review print and electronic copy (including web content) for grammar, punctuation, readability, style, and flow Demonstrate excellent writing skills and oral communication skills while interacting with project managers, peers, and  all personnel Adhere to the project timelines. Any escalation or impact that can change the timeline should be brought to the managements attention as soon as possible Adhere to the quality assurance processes set by GDCS and ensure usability and functionality of learning content and identify any issues/ errors that could impact the learners experience Provide regular project updates to project managers Escalate any issues affecting timeliness or the scope of the design/ development project Create quality dashboards and identify training needs within the team Analyze quality assurance project requirements and work with project managers around scope and solution Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the established format in all deliverables Check training materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, job aids, and self-study materials Demonstrate a strong understanding of language, ID theories, and the quality assurance process Work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines and be flexible to meet changing project demands and timelines Coordinate with the Instructional Design and Graphic Design teams Sign off quality deliverables with zero/ minimum errorsThe key skills required are as follows: Education: Masters degree in Journalism or English Literature from a recognized and reputed university Work Experience: At least 4-7 years of experience in quality assurance in learning/ corporate or journalism domain. Preferred: Experience in ID/ content development and/ or technical writing and copy editing Professional quality assurance/ editorial experience. This includes the ability to:o Review content for grammar, punctuation, readability, style, and content flow. o Research and analyze instructional materials for WBT(Web-based training)/ CBT(Computer-based training)/ ILT (Instructor-led training)o Do the quality assurance check for different types of input material o Use templates in doing the quality assurance check Knowledge of courseware development tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Prezi, Camtasia, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora would be an advantage.
