Position Purpose
The BPC will be responsible for the creation, validation, quality control and distribution of de-fined compliance reports and financial data diagnostics and trend analyses for Countries, Regions and Global BPC, in the timelines, quality standards and consistency defined Group and Division Compliance processes.
Major Accountabilities
Cross-divisional data analytics (PH, Alcon, AH, OTC) for compliance reviews
- Pre-visit FC&CR data analytics
- Compliance data analytics (such as Japan, South Africa & MENA)
- Ad-hoc Data Analytics (such as NFCM analytics support for LCM / DCM & HRCF) Cross-divisional IA support
- Monthly action item tracking - Monthly learnings from IA - Quarterly learnings deck
- Quarterly learnings deck for HR (IA & BPCR)
- Best practice sharing Cross-divisional FCCRs
- Planning & execution
- Monitoring completion and report issuance
- Monitoring overdue action items
- Learnings and best practice sharing (ad-hoc)
- Tracker tool administrator Preparation of PH compliance decks
- Monthly PFLT deck - Monthly FRALT deck - Quarterly BPCLT deck Others - Share point for cross-divisional FC&CR
- Bi-monthly compliance cockpits
Minimum requirements
Chartered Accountant, with 5- 7 years exp in internal audit, financial control and compliance, Sox testing, Risk management.
Functional Experience:
5-7 Yrs experience in matrix multinational business environments
Audit experience useful (internal).
Sound knowledge of project management
Sound knowledge of financial controls & SOX requirements
Professional relationship to external auditor
Application and understanding of the project management tool
