OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Train newly joined hires on Pharmacovigilance related work and also help in creating training documents.
Responsibilities/Authorities :
o Conduct more complex job-training programs.
o Develop and Conduct training programs for new and experienced resources in conjunction with training team and build an evaluation system to assess the trainees.
o Provide feedback to trainees and the supervisors to ensure ongoing development of the trainee.
o Required to learn Adverse event processing (AEP) & systems, to be an effective information source to new hires.
o Identify additional training needs and assist in planning to address them.
o Assure proper training documentation is maintained.
o Assess effectiveness of training program and suggest change.
o Maintain competency in areas being trained.
o Teach, qualify, and mentor staff in the Trainer I role.
o Provide assistance to Management team in improving the quality.
o Provide regular updates on new tools and processes.
o Responsible for generating reports regarding the trainees.
o Assist HR in recruitment and selection process for new hires.
