Job Description
|
- Knowledge of HACCP & CGmp
- Experience in applying the principles of HACCP to food industry
- Skillful handling of laboratory equipment
- Handling of glassware
- Preparation of different types of media, solutions etc,
- Assist in Maintenance & preparation of microbial cultures used in the production of fermented foods
- Assist in Microbiologist in assay of vitamins, amino acids, and or protein quality or of antimicrobial
- Assist in implementing codes of practice & hygiene manuals involving as necessary as the assessment of detergent disinfectants & sanitizers

- This opening is in USA.
- The candidate need to clear the Microbiologist licensure exam from India. Company shall provide complete training & registration assistance with the licensing body.
- Process time is 3-4 months.
