Job Desciption
The main job responsibilities include:
• Perform continuous monitoring of compliance to internal SOP requirements.
• Maintain and update business critical documentation.
• Prepare training material and deliver effective training session on quality related topics.
• Support in handling change requests, deviations, training management system, records management, and other quality related activities.
• Provide inputs to SOP revisions, new QMS requirements, risk assessment and impact analysis.
• Contribute to the smooth conduct of audits and inspections.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Life Sciences or equivalent professional experience.
You should have,
• Must have 1-3 years’ experience in quality management system.
• Good knowledge of clinical development and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Prior experience in Clinical Research/Pharmaceutical domain.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
You should have the ability to communicate, plan and coordinate multiple simultaneous activities.
You should be a strong team player who adapts easily to a changing environment with tight deadlines, and you should be good at planning, coordinating and reaching consensus.
