* Handling Job Portals and social media platforms like linkedin , facebook and other professional networking sites.
* Responsible for capturing potential candidate base in the country, understanding & collecting Industry in the industry segments
* Good knowledge of complete recruitment process.
* Must be able to headhunt extensively for candidates with niche skills / open to learning the headhunting techniques
* Must be having good computer and communication skills
