Drafting of patent applications and filing the same at various jurisdictions according to the business needs.
Coordinating with appointed firms and patent offices for the prosecution of patent applications.
Timely responding to the office action by keeping track of timelines and maintaining electronic copy of files and dockets
Management of complete IP portfolio for maintenance across all jurisdictions
Searching patent databases and published non-patent literature and compilation of search reports.
Patentability analysis of proposed invention on grounds of novelty and inventive features.
Analysis of patent claims to prepare infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate statements.
Identifying patent equivalents and status evaluation (global).
