Job Description
1. Audit and Follow-up: Conducting Internal Quality Audits of CCs as per SRL QA policies and controlled IQA checklist, follow-up for corrective action implementation and monitoring for effectiveness within assigned timelines
2. Regular updating of CC list: Regularly updating CC list as per information received by sales team.
3. Phlebotomist Training: Training newly appointed Phlebotomist before starting the operation.Identify training needs and provide onsite phlebotomist trainings,arranginggroup training programs for Phlebotomists at different locations.
4. Handling NABL audits: in co-ordination with Lab heads, provide support to CCs before and during NABL audit and facilitate NC Closures of NABL audit.
5. Cost effective audit plan: Understanding the audit location properly, group the CCs and select the shortest and cost effective route.
6. Data management: Maintaining audit reports, Corrective action follow-ups and other related documents.
7. Day to day operation monitoring and problem solving (Pre-analytical issues at CC)
8. Team work with QA, local lab heads and customers.
9. Assistance to Assistant Manager-QA for various activities as and when required.
