Introduction of Medical Scribe: -
Medical Scribes are the future of an interactive industry. They are the Physicians support system. As a Medical Scribe, you work alongside physicians in a real time environment. Medical Scribes undertake creating and/ or updating themedical charts of patients in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and thereby freeing the physicians for focusing on what they do best taking care of patients. All this is done while the Scribe is far away from the physician; but connected through technology.
With the onset of technology like Google Glass, the idea of Medical Scribe has become a reality. Being a part of live physician-patient encounter, Medical Scribes greatly add value by increasing the time spent on patient care.
This profile of a Medical Scribe is expected to be a part of the physician patient interaction remotely and comprehend the conversation in the Electronic Health Record.
Eligibility :- We are considering profiles from below mentioned three categorize.
Category 1 :- Relevant Profiles
Medical Transcription Experienced resources only.
Any qualification above undergraduate.
Possess very good medical knowledge ( Complete Body Anatomy )
Must possess excellent communication skill in English ( Speaking, Listening, Writing ).
Must possess good typing speed of more than 50 words per minute
Must be comfortable working in night shift
Relevant Profile Compensation: - Rs4,00,000- 4,90,000 Per Annum
Category 2 :- Semi Relevant Profiles
Medical Experienced professional other than Medical Transcription are also eligible ( Medical Summarizer, MedicalCoder, Medical Content Writer, Medical Writer, Medical Underwriter, Medical Analyst, Physiotherapist, or other MedicalExperienced professionals )
Any Graduates or above can apply.
Possess very good medical knowledge ( Complete Body Anatomy )
Must possess excellent communication skill in English ( Speaking, Listening, Writing ).
Must possess minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute without looking at keyboard
Must be comfortable working in night shift
Semi Relevant Profile Compensation: - ( Rs 3,00,000 - Rs 4,20,000 ) Per Annum ( Candidate will get stipend during training of two months )
Category 3 :- Fresher Profiles
Any Graduates or above only
Must possess excellent medical knowledge ( Complete Body Structure Knowledge only )
Must possess excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
Required Computer Typing speed Minimum 10-15 words per minute (without looking at the keyboard)
Candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts
Freshers Profile Compensation: -
During Training Period Stipend (Training Period 3 Months)
Stage 1 - Training stipend - Rs.10,000/ Per level qualification ( Total 2 levels ) ( This payout is applicable to only those candidates who will clear and pass exams during the trainings ).
Stage 2 - On-Job-Training: - Rs.20,000/ per month.
Salary
Stage 3 - On getting live: - Rs.3,00,000 / Per Annum
