Position Title : Manager- Medical Underwriter
Job Location : Mumbai (Thane)
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: Any medical Qualification/ BAMS/ B Pharma/ BHMS/ BDS/ MBBS//Life Science/Microbiology or Commerce

KRA:
*Underwrites new business/resolving at an average of 30 cases per day allocated as per the individual authority grid.
*Scrutinize all attached documents for completeness and check the supportings.
*Carry out risk assessment and approve the case if all in order or else raise pendings in view of incomplete/additional information.
*Arriving on decisions on non std cases and receiving sign off by immediate supervisor
*Coordinate with the reinsures and ensure accuracy of information provided to the reinsures during case referral.
*Facilitating the issuance of various big-ticket cases by offering creative solutions to resolve the pendings and negotiating with the region & reinsure.
