*To provide telephonic counseling on Diabetes Management.
*To educate and handling queries related to diabetes and associated co-morbid conditions.
*To enroll diabetic patients in the Support Program.
*To build rapport and relationship with the patient.
*To provide customized diet plans to the patient on diabetes and its management.
*To create goals for behavior modification to improve standard of living for the patient.
*To maintain accuracy and sanctity of data .
Shift Window: 8 am - 8 pm ( Any 10 hours)
Qualification Required:-
*Fluency in Bengali Language.
*Freshers or experienced are welcome.
*Candidates from Science stream specially biology/ biotechnology/ nutrition/ physiology/life sciences/ pathology/ pharma/ nursing/ BDS and other medical specialties .
Additional training of 6 weeks will be provided to all candidates to enable them on:
*Metabolic Therapeutic area for managing diabetes patients effectively.
*Extensive training on diet planning for various comorbid conditions.
*CRM Training for capturing data.
