Job Holder is accountable & responsible for overall milk quality management and leading the Aflatoxin monitoring project at site. The area of focus includes: Transparency in testing, Setting up Aflatoxing testing facilities, Milk & fodder samples management, Testing proficiency, Mapping milk & feed/fodder test results, GAP analysis, Trend Analysis, Coordination, Contaminants Prevention and Education.
