- Overall Purpose of the job
Supports PSSR team in medical assessment of cases produced by Accenture SER ensuring accuracy, internal consistency, uniformity, and compliance with regulatory commitments and expectations.
Responsibilities/ Authorities
Participates on project teams, task forces and/ or working groups to identify opportunities for strategic alignment of quality and compliance processes and process improvement initiatives.
Supports/ promotes accuracy, internal consistency, uniformity, and compliance with regulatory commitments and expectations.
Supports all the internal quality improvement initiatives.
Provides medical advice and insights to Therapeutic Area colleagues to improve the quality, consistency, accuracy, and clinical relevance of safety reports.
Supports PSSR Quality Assurance activities, addressing observations related to medical assessment, as appropriate. Ensure consistency and quality of the medical assessment process.
Proactively mentor Therapeutic Area colleagues to foster an environment of trust, understanding, learning, and development.
