Job Description
Working within a performance optimization team to ensure our initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget.
Delivery of existing training programs (Clinical and Process Improvement)
Delivers the intended training messages to an internal or external audience in the
classroom, small group sessions, and individual sessions
Facilitates the audience's discussion for maximum learning
Manages individual and group performance during delivery
Design and Development of course content as necessary
Analyzes the audience's experience level before delivery
Makes appropriate adjustments to the course based on performance and objectives
Manages appropriate training documentation
Implementation of new programs
Execute new programs/training projects per the role assignments
Performs special projects or assignments as required
Supports and may drive multiple projects simultaneously
Works with a team to define and measure success metrics and monitor progress
Stays abreast and trains on new technologies and tools related to job duties.
