- Medical coding freshers with coding training


- Coding experience is added advantage

- Formal Medical Coding training is mandatory

 - Coding certification is desirable

 - Good subject knowledge Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, ICD/CPT , Modifiers

 - Willing to learn and give a long term commitment

 - Good communication skills
