Manage service levels for LOB and take steps for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance to SOW, MSA
Prepare review decks and front end weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews
Meet revenue and margin targets
Lead project management for new business ramp and other new initiatives, as needed.
Drive adherance to company policies and floor policy
Ensure audit readiness for the account at all times
We are looking for candidates with :-
- Independently manage PV account including multiple LOBs, 100+ FTE's
- Open to work in evening shifts - typically, start time would be typically between 2-6pm IST
- The candidate must know that the core role would entail handling Data Entry in Safety Case Processing and/or managing Safety Call Centere
- Valid passport
- Flexibility to travel / relocate in future, if at all a need ever arises for relocation
