Job Description

Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions 

Working with lead recruiters & hiring managers to consult on hiring plans aligned with staffing needs
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

Administering the selection process / procedure effectively for all recruitments and working towards process improvement
Interviewing candidates based on specific roles and job descriptions.
Building pipelines of exceptional talent by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, events, tools, referrals and other creative ways to build the candidate pipeline
Strategically approach and develop relationships with passive and hard to find talent, cultivating these relationships over time
Capture, document competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts for various factors.
Adhere and follow quality systems, processes and policies
Comply to training and specifications
