Position: Talent acquisition - Co ordinator
Designation: 1 - 2 years
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Any Graduate
Recruitment & Sourcing
o Managing recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse channels after identification of manpower requirements exclusively for API R&D centre, Formulation R&D centre.
o Sourcing right candidates as per requirement, through different sources, like job portals- Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, references, Mapping and head hunting.
o Job posting, Advertising vacancies & searching for potential candidates.
o To understand job description from the HODs of respective department.
o To handle reimbursement process of candidates.
o Pre-screening - Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scheduling interviews and verifying candidates credentials, career expectations & finalizing the offer.
o After offer to the selected candidate follow-up them for Pre - Employment Medical check up & date of joining.
o Have handled and work for walk-in drive interview for various departments Analytical development, process development, Formulation development etc.
o Specialised in working on Junior Level and Middle level in recruitment.
o Handled end to end recruitment process.
o Preparing and maintaining database of the candidates and employees details.
o Scheduling and lining up the interviews with senior management.
