Job Description
To plan and document balanced, nutritious and healthy meals for all indoor patients as per their medical requirements
To motivate and involve patients in the planning of diet for better acceptability
To take detailed rounds of different wards in order to plan diet individually as per patient condition.
To evaluate dietary intake of patients and do required nutrient analysis for doctors reference.
To organize diet counseling of the indoor patients and their attendants for healthy eating on the basis of their medical background.
To coordinate with the doctors for patients diet
To prepare diet charts of walk ins, follow-ups, referral cases and executives in OPD.
To do constant follow up with the nurses for patients diet.
To co-ordinate with the F&B department to ensure that meals served to the patients are according to their profile.
To Supervise major meal services of patients
To plan the composition and schedule of the enteral feed for critical patients in compliance with the physician specifications.
To taste patients meals and suggest modifications if required before service.
To maintain logbook for interdepartmental communication
Any other task assigned by the HOD and the management

Job Description
Principal Accountabilities :
Project Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive biotransformation support to assigned programs starting from carrying out experiments, analyzing data, preparing presentations, discussing with key stakeholders and presenting to the discovery team. Participating in relevant meetings and proactively proposing experiments to understand or improve molecule properties from a biotransformation perspective. Perform all this within defined time lines and meeting defined quality expectations.
Group Responsibilities: Provide leadership within the group which involves mentoring associates in biotransformation, drug discovery and instrumentation and providing them with day to day guidance and long term development. Take accountability and responsibility for smooth group operations including instrument maintenance and upgrades, inventory management and metric tracking. Assist in sharing and inculcating best practices across the group.
Capability Development Responsibilities: Work on exploratory and capability development projects as relevant to the organization. Manage and delegate these projects and provide own vision and guidance to these projects.
People Responsibilities: Work closely with peers, associates and other members of the department to eliminate bottlenecks and facilitate smooth communications and transactions. Likewise, work closely with other members of discovery team to enable meeting project objectives.
Metabolism Responsibilities: Interact with the metabolism group to be familiar with their assays and provide bench level, technical and conceptual support as needed.
Any other duties given from time to time in Operations by the line manager
Qualification & Experience:
PhD and postdoctoral experience in a relevant field and two years of relevant experience.

BioPharmaceutical Databases Development through Business Research, Information analysis and profiling in given format for:
1. Drug database:
Researching through various company websites and collecting the details (such as molecule, chemical structure & properties, mechanism of action, therapeutic area, clinical phases etc) of marketed drugs and drugs under developmental pipelines
2. Life science conference Database:
Searching and capturing details on upcoming biopharmaceutical/ Life science conferences. Details about the location, conference title, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors or media involved are captured
3. Active Intel:
Researching & tagging the Biopharmaceutical Industry news/articles to the database
4. Clinical Trials:
Understanding & tagging the Conditions, Interventions & Sponsors to the Clinical Trial Database
.
5. Pharmaceutical Licensing agreements:
Capturing the details of pharmaceutical licensing transactions from company websites or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) files, annual reports etc
