Job Title: Scientist, Household Care India
Job Description:
- Working with the knowledge of Statistical tools and analysis in collaboration with our customers and other departments across geographies, you’ll have responsibility for developing enzyme applications for the household care industry.
- Alongside an in-depth understanding of the scientific principles of enzymology you will need to enable development of competencies and solutions in the household care team in correlation with the needs of our customers.
- You will be able to succeed in this role if you also possess outstanding stakeholder management skills and strong project leadership skills. In your daily work, you’ll use all of these talents to pioneer research and transform it into business value for our customers.
- Have a PhD or Master’s degree in life sciences
- Over 8 years of relevant industrial enzyme application development experience
- Have a track record of leading projects and modules in relevant areas
- Have demonstrable experience of working with customers, business development and sales teams and other teams (upstream and downstream) in R&D
- Have working knowledge of developing unique application-based protocols for high throughput application screening
- Be able to work on innovating novel applications and filing patents, the prior experience of which will be an added advantage
