Job Description
- Responsible to plan & execute the schedule to provide microbiology testing results as per the timeline
Responsible to ensure the fumigation schedule of microbiology lab to meet the standard practice.
Generating analytical reports, reviewing and reporting to quality control in-charge
Responsible to coordinate and identify water sampling points in process area & utility area.
Responsible to plan & execute the water sampling schedule, analysis and reporting of the same
Responsible to monitor the powder processing area with plate exposer and providing feedback to functional departments to plan fumigation schedule.
To provide the support to execute the fumigation process
To provide the support line clearance in process area where ever it is required
Responsible to prepare and review of SOPs, formats, documents, etc.,
Capturing of all the analytical data, reporting of the same to quality control in-charge.
Generating the trend reports utilizing the available data & reporting the same.
Providing support to fulfill the certification programs.
Responsible to ensure the cleaning & sanitation of the department area and equipment's
