RECRUITMENT NOTICE – ADVERTISEMENT NO.KKR-1/2016
Applications are invited from eligible candidates with Nationality/Citizenship for the Selection Posts as below.
Position I
Position Title: Research Assistant (Environment)
Post Category No. KK10316
Classification: General Central Service, Group “B”, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
Job Requirement:
- Examination of Environmental Management plans for their approvals
- Monitoring of progress regarding implementation of Environmental management measures.
- Monthly status of development projects.
- Collection, Compilation and collation of data related to Parliament Questions, Parliament Standing Committees.
- Examination of Project Reports.
- Preparation of Progress Reports
- Preparation of summary note and appraisal of fresh proposal for environmental & site clearance.
- Assisting in Parliament Questions.
- Servicing of Expert Committees.
- Preparation of draft sanction orders for Ongoing projects.
- Any other duty assigned from time to time.
Department: M/o Environment, Forests & Climate Change
Age: Not Exceeding 30 (Thirty) Years. (Relaxable for Govt. Employees/Departmental Candidates upto five years and for PH Candidates as per instructions/orders issued by the Central Govt.)
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences/Earth Sciences/Botany/Zoology/Chemistry/BioChemistry/Bio-Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Environmental Sciences/Bio-Technology from a recognised University/Institute.
NOTE: Qualifications are Relaxable at the discretion of the SSC for reasons to be recorded in writing in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- { As per 6th Central Pay Commission (under revision as per 7th Central Pay Commission) }
Initial Place of Posting: New Delhi with AISL

Position II
Position Title: Section Officer (Horticulture)
Post Category No. KK10416
Classification: General Central Service, Group “B”, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial
Job Requirement:
- The Section Officer selected for this job will be responsible for the progression and maintenance of the trees in the Gardens of Villas, Residential Colonies, Parks and both sides of the roads.
- The Section Officer will be responsible for sharing the work with his subordinate employees presented.
- He is also responsible for maintaining the accounts of Tools and Plants and the materials purchased for the store by him.
- Section Officer should be capable for distributing the work to the gardeners normally 40 to 50 gardeners will be there and make them do more work and the Section Officer himself should be physically strong and should have the capacity to work in all the climates such as instructions determined by the Department from time to time.
- Duty Time: Morning :- 9 AM to 1 PM and Afternoon :- 2 pm to 5 pm
Vacancy: 09 (UR-06, OBC-03) Out of 09 posts , 01 (one) post is reserved for PH (i.e, for OH)

- After filling up the Application Form Online and after making payment of Examination Fee, candidate should take a print out of the Application Form, sign the same, affix a copy of the same photograph used for filling up online application and attach self-attested copies of Certificates/documents in support of age, Essential Qualifications, Experience, where it is prescribed as Essential Qualification, proof of Caste/Category [SC/ST/OBC/PH(PWD)/EXS – in the format as given in the Notice] issued by the Competent Authority and send the same to the Regional Director at the address mentioned below so as to reach the Regional Office within ten days from the last date prescribed for payment of fee.
