Job Description :-
*To provide telephonic counseling to patients.
*Scheduling the appointments & providing scheduled appointments details.
*Handling of Customer/Patient queries.
*To build rapport and relationship with the patient.
*To create goals for behavior modification to improve standard of living for the patient.
*To maintain accuracy and sanctity of data.
Shift Window: 8 AM - 8 PM (10 Hrs)
Qualification Required:-
*Fluency in English & Hindi.
*Freshers or experienced are welcome.
*Candidates from Science stream specially biology/ biotechnology/ nutrition/ physiology/life sciences/ pathology/ pharma/ nursing/ BDS and other medical specialties.
Skills Required:
*Communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
*Persuasion and convincing skills.
*Listening skills.
*Knowledge of pathology tests & medical Specialities.
*Adequate working knowledge of MS office
